Order Processing & Delivery Time
All orders are processed and delivered within 7 business days inside Egypt. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped, along with a tracking number to monitor your delivery.
Domestic Shipping (Egypt)
• Standard delivery across Egypt takes up to 7 business days (including processing time).
• Free shipping is available for orders above EGP 5,000.
• For orders below this amount, shipping costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
International Shipping
We are currently working on providing international shipping options. Please stay tuned for updates.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update.
Returns & Exchanges
• We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused and in their original condition.
• Customers are responsible for the shipping costs of returns or exchanges.
• Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method once we receive and inspect the returned item.
